Where can I get booki so I can install it?

You can get it at http://download.booki,cc as Ed said. That will give you links to the GIT repository and links to tar and zip files which are built periodically. There are other applications that work with Booki so if you want everything you need to go to http://booki-dev.flossmanuals.net
