I believe you need to update the database. If you are having problems please join the dev mailing list: http://lists.flossmanuals.net/listinfo.cgi/booki-dev-flossmanuals.net/

and ask the questions there.

Hello,

Yeah, I noticed those files for updating the database are in Migrations folder.

So should I execute them? :)
